Rites of passage don't exist anymore. Communities of men don't breathe anymore. Manhood isn't championed anymore. The truth is...none of that's true. We feel it regardless. We talk to each other, but we don't. We see eachother, but we don't. We've picked up generations of men and placed them on our shoulders for far too long without sharing the burden -- and the blessing. We haven't carried eachother as we should. New outcrops of men are coming. We're the vanguards. Do we stumble in our own struggles? Yes. Do we also show each other our individual strife and triumph so we can grow together? Yes. Personal revolution is social revolution. We can't move forward if we don't face ourselves--and each other--first. This idea. These stories. They're all ours. Our fathers lived them. We're living them. Our sons will live them. These photos and biographies of men aim to place a new culture in the foreground. Each bit simultaneously sweats to bring back definitive values in an indefinite world. So read and talk and see. And also examine, imbibe, cherish, swallow, pick up, put down and improve. This is us, every last piece. Let's show each other what we put into this world. And become better men for everyone.
