NATURE BASED BURNOUT RECOVERY

Stepping away from everyone else's idea of success and into a life that was made for you—one nature walk at a time.

This is for you if you’ve hit a wall. If you can’t get out of bed. If you’re ready to rage quit by email and kick the trash can on the way out. If you’re suddenly very sick. Or reaching for a drink after five years of sobriety. Or so lost in grief that it takes your breath away. Or burning down a relationship you actually care about. This is for you if you don’t recognize yourself any more. If you’re scared.

If you’re ready to ask for help.

I'M READY

We live in a system that is broken. That says you are only as valuable as what you can produce or purchase. And it’s slowly killing our spirits.

My road to burnout recovery began with crawling into the bath after another grueling events season.

In the end, I had to burn everything down and rebuild my career (and my life) one brick at a time. I am still on the path to healing. And I’m not about to tell you it’s been easy. It took a lot of support (and work) to leave behind a life that wasn’t meant for me. But up ahead, I see what I always wanted, and never thought I could ask for. And I can tell you just seeing that summit is worth everything it took to get here.

My road to healing started with going outside and getting real. About who I am. About what I want. About what does and does not work for me. It started by recognizing that what doesn’t work for me had become sewn into the fabric of my survival. And untangling that was going to require the right support.

When I closed a six figure floral business and turned away from the apex of a great big career, it wasn’t because I didn’t want the money or the recognition or how proud everyone was of me. It was because I was falling apart. My back was functionally broken. There was a mysterious auto-immune condition brewing. I’d lost eight babies in eight years. My marriage fell apart. And frankly, in the face of all that, I just didn’t give a shit any more.

So I went back to school, got certified and became a nature based burnout recovery coach.

And, over a span of several years, my whole life and the way I showed up in the world changed.

Healing from burnout begins with understanding what you really need, and getting brave enough to ask for it.

Enough of my story though, here’s what this could look like for you.

✶ First, we tear it all down.

That impulse to burn it all down and walk away from the bonfire is an indicator that you’ve been saying yes to what doesn’t work for you, for way too long. Here’s where you get real. Rage if you need to. It’s just you and me and the trees to hear about how you really feel. Don’t worry, we’re not going to change anything yet.

✶ Then, we rest.

Needing support to rest might sound absurd to literally anyone else but you. You’ve probably been working your ass off since you were five. You probably don’t even know how to be still. This is the first skill we are going to build together. Because when you know how to be still, you can start to listen. When you can listen, you can finally let go of what’s getting in the way. When you can let go, you can move.

✶ Then, we rebuild

In hundreds of hours coaching people through this exact thing, the throughline is this: when we give ourselves permission to stop, get quiet, and rest, we can find ourselves again. This process takes time. But when you get there, you’ll know. Suddenly the wall is gone and your whole life begins to shift.

We do all this by meeting outside by phone for one hour every other week.

Questions

  • If you have always been a highly driven person but suddenly you just don’t give a damn and it’s gotten so bad you’re worried about screwing up your life, this work is for you.

Especially for those navigating burnout alongside grief, chronic illness, neurodivergence, or the weight of moving through systems that weren't built for you.

  • Your monthly fee works like a membership—charged on the same day each month. You get two 1-hour coaching sessions and 24/7 voice memo support. Cancel anytime, no questions asked. No refunds, no contracts.

  • We work together for as long as you need to see real change—typically 3 months to a year, depending on what you're moving through.

  • Ideally, we're outside and moving in whatever way works for your body. But this work meets you where you are—some days that's a trail, some days it's Zoom with a window and a cup of tea.

  • I'm the first person who will encourage you to simplify your life. But if you do one thing this year, do this. Because if you don't have time to heal your burnout, you definitely don't have time to keep burning out and rebuilding from scratch.

  • Most burnout advice tells you to rest more and set better boundaries—then sends you back into the same life. This work goes deeper. We're not optimizing you back into productivity. We're rewiring the patterns that got you here, tending to the parts of you that learned it wasn't safe to slow down, and using nature to help your nervous system remember what rest actually feels like.
